This blog has two ways of presenting the realtime real estate market research that I feature: posts, which highlight information at a point in time, and pages, which are "live" and update. So far I have been choosing what I think might be interesting or useful to readers.
Today, I would like to ask what you would like to see. I can provide data from around the NY/NJ metro area, and even from any zipcode in the US.
Let me know and I will make sure to put the informtion up. As an example, here is some data from Haverstraw, NY:
I look forward to hearing from you. You can email me here.

This is not really on a comment. I would be happy to engage with you, though. Yes, there are definietly plusses and minuses with FHA loans. What do you know about NACA guidelines? Several first time buying customers are using this program.

The current real estate market is recovering and is looking resurgent. In this scenario the advantages of an FHA home loan outweighs any disadvantage it may have. Make sure you research well before you apply for the loan. If you need more details and information about the requirements or eligibility criteria of FHA loans then visit the links listed here.
If you are in the process of applying for FHA loan then you must remember that an FHA loan may be less than the amount other conventional loans offer. The exact amount varies with your area and country. In the US, the HUD or US Office of Housing and Urban Development regulate the amount you can borrow through an FHA loan. The loan amount available is based on the average home price the borrower lives in. This means that a person living in an area where housing prices are higher than the countries average will be able to borrow a higher amount through FHA loans.
